In his 20 years as president, Mick has led the company in doubling the number of employees while bringing in five times the revenue. He has brought efficiency to the operation and an improved cost of ownership, just the same as his company does for its customers.
John is a senior leader with 20+ years of experience in increasing companies’ growth, market share and operational readiness and effectiveness. He initially joined our Team as VP of Projects and Process Improvement.
Steve Sutton comes to Arnold Packaging with 30+ years in domestic and international Manufacturing in Offsite Construction, Furniture, and Fenestration Industries. He holds a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from General Motors Institute (Kettering University). Steve, a Maryland Eastern Shore native, has spent the majority of his career in Texas and the Carolinas and has now found his way back home to Maryland. Steve’s career interests include helping people grow professionally. His personal interests include Bicycling, Motorcycling, and 70’s Music. He and his wife Ginnie have been together since High School.
Kevin helps our customers exponentially increase productivity and efficiency by designing custom equipment, systems and robotic solutions.
Melissa joined Arnold Packaging in 2013 as controller. Her focus is guiding the efficiency and accuracy of accounting process, reducing unnecessary expenses, and streamlining the work flow in her department.
